How can I get a Belnet Leased Line?

  1. Contact our Belnet Service Desk via servicedesk@belnet.be (don’t forget your acronym if you are already a customer). The Service Desk will put you in contact with our Customer Relations Team.
  2. The Account Manager will listen to your demands and propose a meeting if necessary.
  3. During the meeting, the Account Manager defines the client’s requests and the client’s technical specificities. If you need more technical information’s, the Account Manager will propose you a meeting with a Technical Advisor.
  4. If you are interested, the Account Manager will ask you to fill in a form with information regarding your entry point (address, server room, floor etc.) and the capacity needed.
  5. This form is then sent to our suppliers in a call for tenders. This process takes between 4 to 6 weeks.
  6. When we receive all the offers from our suppliers, you will receive our proposal with the cheapest price and best delivery time.
  7. If you agree to our proposal, you will have to sign the document and send it back to us (a simple scan is enough).
  8. The account manager will ask you to sign an agreement. If you agree, you will have to send 2 completed and signed copies of the agreement to:

    Belnet Customer Relations Team
WTC III, Boulevard Simon Bolivar, 30 B-2
    1000 Brussels.
  9. After we receive the signed proposal, we will start the purchasing process and implementation.

  10. The Account Manager will come back to you when everything is operational.
