How do I enable the MFA layer to strengthen the security of my authentication processes?

Check out our documentation and demo videos on our Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) FAQ page.

How do I create a password and how do I reset it?

It will depend on your role. Visit our website, where you will find user guides for validators, visitors and managers.

Can I integrate a REST API within my portal and/or reception terminal?

You can make it easier for your visitors to access the network by integrating a REST API within your portal and/or reception terminal. Follow the process on the Belnet guestroam interface and click on the 'API token'.

Build a web interface with this API. Guest requests that are made through the API can be auto-approved.

Who can I contact in case of problems?

  • Contact your ICT Team first.
  • Contact Belnet if you are the eduroam or govroam point of contact in your organisation.
