How can I get the service?

  • Contact our Belnet Service Desk via servicedesk@belnet.be (don’t forget your acronym if you are already a customer). The Service Desk will put you in contact with our Customer Relations Team. 
  • The Account Manager will propose a contract adapted to your requirements and will communicate the possible planning.
  • If you have a special set up or you need more information about the working of the solution, he will organize a meeting with an expert.
  • If you agree, you will have to send 2 completed and signed copies of the agreement to:

    Belnet Customer Relations Team 
    WTC III 
    Boulevard Simon Bolivar, 30 B-2
    1000 Brussels.

Who can subscribe to the service?

Every Belnet customers can subscribe to the service.
