Update: General power blackout in the Level3 datacenter in Evere

The connectivity for Belnet customers has been restored

On Sunday 17 December, a general power blackout occurred in the Level3 datacenter in Evere where Belnet has a Point of Presence. The Belnet customers exclusively connected to this PoP have by consequence lost their internet connectivity. BNIX customers connectivity might has been disturbed as well.

The connectivity has now been restored for Belnet customers.

Only our Belnet Cloud Computing service is not yet operational. We are still working to restore this service to a normal state.
