UPDATE - Belnet will use a new ticketing system as from 1 December 2018

Your open tickets will get a new ticket number

In order to further improve its services, Belnet will switch to a new ticketing system on 1 December 2018. The current OTRS system will then be replaced by ServiceNow.

What does this mean for our customers?

Your open tickets will be transferred to ServiceNow. After the migration, they will get a new ticket number. You will be notified of the new ticket number via an email that is automatically generated by ServiceNow. You can reply to this e-mail if you wish to continue responding to the ticket.

The e-mail address and phone number of our Service Desk remain unchanged. You can also manage your tickets on our Belnet portal.
