Decommissioning the Monitoring server

Dear Customers,

Following the incident in the Evere datacenter on sunday December 17th (see article), the server hosting the Web monitoring page has had to be decommissioned. As of today, you will no longer be able to view your statistics.

As we recently announced (see l'article), The statistics of your connections are already available on our Belnet Portal.

The monitoring section of the portal includes all the information you could find on the Web page. In addition, the quality of the renderings and the interactivity of the graphs have been improved in order to offer you a more enjoyable experience.

As a reminder, the Belnet portal brings together, within a single interface, a multitude of useful information. Whether it's an overview of your billing, administrative and technical details of your connectivity or applications, at a glance at the graphics via monitoring, tracking your tickets and all the technical documentation related to Belnet's services, You will have very quick access to all the information you need.
