BEgrid enables you to process huge amounts of data and thus arrive at more research results more quickly. This Belgian infrastructure for grid computing offers you the combined computing power of linked computers. BEgrid also offers new possibilities for national and international collaboration.
As a Belnet customer, you can become a BEgrid partner. You then get whole or partial access to the resources of the grid: its computing power, its memory, the software, the data, etc. The scope of your access depends on your research requirements and the contributions of other BEgrid partners to your research.
Belnet took the lead in setting up BEgrid. The Belnet network delivers the powerful base that BEgrid requires.
